Age_Group_Icons2018_03_09

If you are planning to seek admission to a program which requires a portfolio of original artworks, or simply wish to learn an eclectic mix of serious art skills and techniques, this is the course for you.

In this week-long crash course, you will build a solid foundation for a great portfolio! In addition to a variety of practical art skills and techniques, you will learn methods of observation, composition and concept development in both 2D and 3D. The course projects are designed to be interesting, engaging and fun, with a lot of room for originality and imagination.

Through group critiquing and discussion of important art by contemporary and traditional artists, you will learn how to “read” art and talk about your own art, preparing you for a potential admission interview in future.
