Weekly Art Courses for Kids & Teens

After School & Weekend Classes
Grades 1 – 6

Our process-based studio provides a safe yet stimulating environment where kids and teens can learn concrete visual art skills while having fun and expressing themselves. Class sizes are limited to 10–12 students per instructor, meaning every student gets plenty of personal attention and one-on-one instruction!

Kids (Grades 1 – 6)

Creativity and curiosity are the building blocks of learning and mind development. If you have children in your life, you know that creative expression is an essential part of their lives. Our Kids’ Program is designed to spark creativity, allowing kids to express their own ideas and imagination through courses that will introduce specific art fundamentals and techniques such as colour mixing, painting, drawing, sculpture. Our students are encouraged to sharpen their observation skills and challenge their perceptions of the visual world. See below for course schedules and detail course descriptions.

Teens (Grades 6 – 12)

Our courses for teens are aimed at helping students develop their technical and conceptual visual art skills, encouraging them to think “outside the box”—preparing them for careers as creatives. Our teen students are introduced to thought-provoking ideas and concepts from traditional and contemporary art history and practices, inspiring them to examine and express their own original ideas and independent conceptual thinking. Our teen students are taught a variety of traditional as well as contemporary materials and techniques in visual art making, while practicing soft skills like time/project management, presentation, and critiquing. See below for course schedules and detail course descriptions.
