3D Building

For kids 4–6 years
Class Time: 9:30am–12:00pm

With TBD

In this camp you will work with a variety of materials to build and create unique and expressive 3D sculptures.

We will look for simple and recognizable shapes and forms in recycled materials including cubes and prisms (boxes), cylinders (paper rolls) and spheres (balls) and use them to create more complex structures. Paying close attention to the relationships between the different pieces of your sculpture, you will learn how to create harmony and stability in your sculpture as a whole. Your resulting construction will be painted and decorated with a variety of different colourful and textural materials to give it a specific meaning or tell a special story from your life.
